At Backstrong Clinic, we are an Atlanta Physical Therapy Clinic that treats all orthopedic problems, but we specialize in treating difficult neck pain and low back pain arising from degenerated discs, herniated discs, sciatica, spinal stenosis, and arthritis.  We do this, using the most sophisticated and effective physical therapy treatment tools available.  Our treatments are not available at most clinics.  Dr. Craig Castanet, D.C. and David Moore, P.T. have a combined 40 years experience treating tens of thousands of patients.

 

A critical component of our treatment of spinal pain, is our use of spinal decompression treatment.  On this website, you can watch instructive videos, or read, how and why spinal decompression treatment is the most effective treatment for common neck and low back pain.  This treatment reverses the progressive, degenerative, compressive changes of your spine, which commonly cause pain and disability.

 

We also work closely with pain physicians and neurosurgeons so that if we can’t help sufficiently with your problem, Dr. Castanet can counsel you about these treatments and refer you if appropriate.

 

We provide physical therapy and/or chiropractic treatment for orthopedic problems including shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, arm pain and leg pain.  Our physical therapist, David Moore, is experienced and skilled in manual therapy as well as conventional therapy skills.

 

On our website, you’ll find instructional videos on multiple orthopedic problems from shoulder, neck, hip and low back pain, to disc herniations and degeneration, to spinal stenosis and sciatica, to treatments like neck and back spine surgery to epidural steroid injections.
